Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them into the shopping basket. When you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

When ordering footwear please order your usual UK size. Many of our styles have a "Now In Stock" banner but due to the high volume of sales we may not have every colour in every size at all times.

If we are unable to meet an order we will email you with an option to cancel the order or if you have paid for an additional delivery service e.g. "Next Day Delivery" you may prefer to have the charge refunded and wait for the short time for delivery of the item.

We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.

All orders placed are final as our system is automated and products are ordered immediately, 24 / 7. Any orders cancelled within 21 days will be subject to our re-stocking fee.

From November 6th 2007 Fantasy Heels are giving away FREE pieces of jewellery when you spend £100 or £150. If you spend over £100 you will get the choice of 1 FREE piece of jewellery from "Band A". If you spend over £150 you will get the choice of 1 FREE piece of jewellery from "Band B".

Here Are The Terms :

1. For online orders only.
2. Must be claimed at time of order.
3. No limit to number of purchases.
4. Large but limited quantities available on a first come first served basis.
5. We will offer the chance to pick another item if your choice has sold out.
6. If you send goods back for refund and go below the band limits you must either return or pay for the jewellery.
7. If you return jewellery it must be as sent, boxed.
8. Pierced earings cannot be returned unless faulty.
9. Your statutory writes are un-affected.

Shipping And Handling

Fantasy Heels aim to despatch all orders between 3 - 21 days. You should allow 7 days from order date for delivery before sending a query. If your item is not available after 21 days, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order or wait the short time until we can fulfil your order. We will keep you informed.

Delivery to the UK is FREE on orders over £50.

Delivery to the 25 EU countries is £9.99.

Delivery to the rest of the world is £19.99.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are dispatched by First Class Recorded Delivery via the Post Office or Interlink Express Couriers. Your parcel will need to be signed for, so if no one is at the delivery address a calling card will be left so you can collect it yourself from the depot or arrange re-delivery to suit you. When you place your order you can select a different address for delivery e.g. work or neighbour for convenience. Fantasy Heels accepts no responsibility or liability for goods once they have been signed for by the customer. In the event that a dispatched order is not received by the customer and cannot be traced Fantasy Heels will replace the goods at no extra cost.

All orders are packaged discreetly in plain wrapping with your address and Kevco GB Ltd address on the reverse side.

Next Day Delivery :

All orders made on the next day delivery service need to be received before 1pm (Mon-Thur) to ensure they are processed and delivered on time. Orders made after 1pm will be sent out the following working day. Orders placed on Friday before 1pm for next day delivery means next "working" day so will arrive with the customer on the following Monday. After 1pm on Friday orders will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Saturday Delivery :

All orders placed on Thursday pm and Friday before 1pm can, for an additional charge, be delivered on Saturday morning.

ANY PARCELS THAT ARE RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF FAILED COLLECTIONS WILL BE LIABLE FOR A RE-DELIVERY FEE.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

Prices will include VAT at 17.5%.

Credit Card Security

All payments on this website are taken on a secure server by PROTX, a subsidiary of Sage Accountancy. After passing the invoice page in the checkout section of the website you will be transferred to a secure PROTX page. Once there, you will enter your debit card details into the PROTX payment form. You will see the secure padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser which indicates you are paying on a secure server.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please notify us and return it to us within 15 days of delivery with all original packaging and labels intact. The goods must be unworn and unmarked and undamaged. Please complete the "Refund Sheet" giving details of any replacement style, size and colour or reason for return.

Please Note : No original box and packaging = no refund

Products and boxes that have been worn and/or disfigured are not eligible for refunds as we are unable to re-sell these items.

We suggest you use a postage service that is trackable and insured to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. Fantasy Heels will refund postage on faulty items. The customer is responsible for the postage on non-faulty or unwanted items.

If you chose to have a refund, your card will be re-credited the full amount less additional non-refundable delivery charges such as next day delivery, Saturday delivery or European delivery and a 15% administration fee will be charged for restocking.

NB: All refunds are done on a first come, first served basis. We do refunds daily, but please allow a minimum of 3 days for processing and 10 days for the money to be returned into your account by PROTX. Please allow up to 28 days in extremely busy periods.
