I am sending you this email just to say a very big thank you for the wonderful service you provide.
I ordered some shoes which arrived the next day. Unfortunately they were too
large and I therefore had to send them back and ask for a smaller pair in exchange. By 9 oclock the very same morning you recieved my returned package, you had arranged with your carrier for the new pair to be sent out, which I duly recieved the next day.
This must be the best and most efficient service I have ever had from any company. It is a great shame more people do not opperate their companies in the same manner, because at the end of the day, people remember when they recieve a great service, and they always come back for more.
I will certainly be re-ordering from you in the future.
